Nasal breathing warms up the air and match’s the air with our body temperature. It also humidifiers and filter the air, we miss out on this vital advantage when we are breathing through the mouth.
Our nose has small hair and mucus lining they trap the any bacteria, germs or harmful substances that entering in our system, thus helps protect our body from harmful pathogens and materials.
When we are breathing through our nose we are able to take more than 10 to 20% oxygen intake.
Scientific study has shown that nitric oxide is produce in nasal cavities and through nasal breathing it is transferred to lower airways and lungs.
